Reconstruction in Iraq

I want to keep track of reconstruction in Iraq. Most news sources capture the day-to-day stuff, without looking at long-term trends. I want to look at long-term trends. The first trend is in electrical generation. The data are from the U.S. AID semi-weekly reports. What isn't on the graph is that U.S. AID says that the pre-war total supply for Iraq was 4400 MegaWatts (MW). Another site mentions that Baghdad got about 2000 MW of that total.
